Policies & Procedures
We are Edinburgh's Appointment Only Salon offering a unique 1-1 Hair Experience with our Highly trained & experienced Owner here at MissionHair.
​
We require all clients to book a pre hair appointment consultation. This ensures you of what to expect from your Hair experience in terms of your hair design, colour requirement and costing and lets us ensure that the integrity and safety of your hair is looked after with our free Hair Analysis and Sensitivity Testing.

All appointments are booked in advance as required by our Hair Designer to ensure all clients have the day and time that suits them within the busy appointment schedule our Hair Designer holds.
​
Although we understand that circumstances can change we require a 48 hour notice for Cancellations. A 50% booking fee will be requested if you cancel within that timeframe.
​
We have the right to update these policies at anytime inline with our business requirements.

Prices are valid until April 2022.
